Corte Guala was established in 2017 over the passion for the coffee and wine scene in the area. After a few trips to northern Europe and knowing Third Wave Coffee, specifically the use of new extraction methods, a decision was made to found Corte Guala.

The revaluation of some vineyards in the Mezzane area, on the hills of eastern Verona, led to the exclusive project of producing Terre di Marna Appassimento; the grand opening celebration of was held on December 8, 2017.
