Introducing Los Haroldos' Cabernet Franc wine from the Valle de Uco, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The wine is made through a fermentation and maceration process lasting 8 days at temperatures between 25º-27º C, followed by post-fermentation maceration for 7 days. Throughout the process, alternate remontage, delestage, and pisage methods are used, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile.
The wine undergoes 100% volume malolactic fermentation and is then aged for 9/10 months in French oak barrels, with 70% of the wine aged in regular barrels and 30% in first-use barrels.
With its intense ruby red color and purple sparkles, the Cabernet Franc boasts a nose of red fruits, raspberries, blueberries, pink pepper, and a delicate herbal finish. The sweet entry, juicy tannins, and fresh, long finish make for a truly delightful drinking experience.
