Carefully selected grapes harvested in San Rafael from 20-year old vines, and an altitude of 690m, the clay loam soil with 10% stony composition is ideal for growing exceptional Malbec grapes.
The Espaldero drip irrigation system and mechanic harvest mode yield 20000 kg x hectare. The wine is elaborated with a cold preferential maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 2 years before bottling.
